Eileen Wang, mayor of Arcadia, stepped down after striking a plea deal and admitting she acted as an illegal foreign agent for the Chinese government — spreading Beijing’s propaganda in the U.S. under their direction.

- Understand how sick this is. Caruso reportedly forced his grandson, who was younger than 5, to perform oral sex. Separately, he’s been accused of similar abuse against one of his own daughters, back before divorcing the mother of his children and marrying a Jewish woman.
- Mike Caruso, who co-sponsored Florida’s 2023 hate-crime legislation addressing antisemitism (signed by Governor Ron DeSantis while in Israel), was recently arrested on charges of molesting a family member who is a child. That same year, Caruso traveled to Israel alongside DeSantis and state Representative Randy Fine for the formal signing of the measure. Just like Tom Alexandrovich, I wouldn’t be surprised if this guy is currently on his way to Tel Aviv to avoid prison.

- The Bond Market Just Broke: Japan Dumps $26 Billion in Treasuries While America Is Buying Back Its Own Bonds
- The Treasury Department is calling this a “debt buyback.” But they’re not reducing the debt. They’re running huge deficits, buying back old bonds, and issuing even more new ones. This is debt reshuffling, not debt reduction.
- Treasury just announced that it will buy more long-term Treasuries private investors no longer want to hold to try to keep yields from rising. The money to pay for it will ultimately be created by the Fed, sending inflation soaring. That’s why gold is already up $125 on the news!
- Folks, this feels like the weeks before the final collapse in 2008. The Bond markets around the world are collapsing. The Japanese yen is something that Treasury tried to save by buying their bonds. That was futile. Now, the contagion is hitting the US treasuries. The U.S. military has collapsed. The U.S. dollar has collapsed. And to top it all off, there’s literally a food shortage coming soon. We don’t have fertilizer. Who would benefit from all of that? Who historically has come in and taken over real assets like land in buildings when an economy crashes? Smells like 1900s Germany, or South American countries, doesn’t it?
- The US (read Israel) is set to take control of Venezuela’s entire gold reserve held in London. The gold is worth around $4 billion. The UK froze it in 2018 after refusing to recognise Maduro as president, and it has sat there ever since.
