- A 49-year-old Queens woman stabbed two people in Times Square Monday afternoon before police shot and killed her! NYPD says Pamela Cisneros pulled two knives from a Target bag and attacked two strangers within about 20 seconds near 7th Avenue. A 32-year-old woman died at the hospital. A 68-year-old man is in stable condition. Officers confronted her a block away and spent four minutes ordering her to drop the knives. She refused and told them she would rather kill them. Tasers failed. Two officers fired. Police called the stabbings “random and unprovoked”. It happened in the middle of Times Square in broad daylight. We have a serious mental health crisis in this country… I also believe it’s spiritual too.
