December 19, 2013- If you have noticed while tracking an Amazon.com order that the package is being delivered circuitously by non-UPS or non-FedEx delivery people, you are correct in wondering WTF? The WSJ explains that Amazon.com is basically creating its own alternative to UPS, US Mail, and FedEx.
