The Supreme Court is hearing now oral arguments in the case of Missouri v. Biden (now called Murthy v. Missouri). At best, this will be a 5-4 vote to uphold the 5th Cir. However, the State AGs could be defeated entirely.
The four far-left justices are fully on board with allowing the government to control social media. Even Justices Barrett and Kavanaugh are sympathetic to the three-letter agencies.
