The Supreme Court should decide this writ in a new session, perhaps in October. I filed a Rule 44 based on the court being incapacitated due to both Justices Ginsburg and Roberts being sick in June for the first session and unable to convene a proper panel. That is why not a single writ was granted on merits from that session.
