February 7, 2014- The Post reports on a sidewalk hotdog vendor who flaunted the city health code and accrued $330,000 in unpaid fines. He used fake ID’s to get new licenses, etc. This is not a rare outlier. Many of these vendors have long rap-sheets and operate disgusting carts.
