If you are fed up with shady “RFP’s” that funnel your tax dollars into the hands of cronies of the governor, or other local fraud, this is one way that you can make a big difference; report it to the New York State Comptroller, Thomas DiNapoli. He is elected on his own and not a stooge of the governor.
