Over the weekend, a general manager of a fine dining establishment and I were joking about the horrible inventory management of the Hudson Eats Black Seed Bagels. I have never once seen them with bagels left in stock, and neither had the GM.
Now, a local neighborhood blog has generated a few comments about the same thing.
Please post you comments. Do you like Black Seed Bagels, when you can get one? Are they too expensive?

I asked one of their staff about this. They are not yet baking 24 hours a day yet from their bakery on Elizabeth, and until that time, they are limiting the Brookfield location to a fixed number of bagels each day.
They told me that they plan to increase inventory as soon as possible.
