Whole Foods should pay for the free bus service

I was noticing on my ride back from Whole Foods on the free bus service, that most of the riders were from Whole Foods. This service is paid for by you and me. The BPCA pays more than $600,000 a year. The private industries in Tribeca benefiting from this bus should contribute, don’t you think?
