February 11, 2017- The Post reports, “A woman died at the World Trade Center’s soaring Oculus transit center on Saturday when she fell from an escalator.
The 29-year-old New Jersey resident was riding the escalator with her twin sister at about 5:30 a.m. when her sister dropped her hat, said law enforcement sources.
The woman fell 30 feet to her death, said the sources.
Her sister was taken to an area hospital to be treated for trauma.
Port Authority police are investigating the incident.”
