Clinton-Benghazi-G1-620x362January 15, 2014- Former New York senator, Hillary Clinton, was found to have been negligent in the attack of the U.S. embassy in Benghazi, Libya, that killed several people, including the ambassador, according to a bipartisan report from the senate.  Mrs. Clinton was the Secretary of State at the time of the attack. The report states, “At the end of the day, (Hillary Clinton) was responsible for ensuring the safety of all Americans serving in our diplomatic facilities. Her failure to do so clearly made a difference in the lives of the four murdered Americans and their families.”

The NYT reports, “A stinging report by the Senate Intelligence Committee released Wednesday concluded that the attacks 16 months ago that killed four Americans in Benghazi, Libya, could have been prevented, and blames both American diplomats and the C.I.A. for poor communication and lax security during the weeks leading up to the deadly episode…..The report, at first blush, does not break significant new ground on this issue. But it is unsparing in its criticism of the State Department for failing to provide adequate security at the diplomatic compound in Benghazi, the first American facility to be attacked that night and where J. Christopher Stevens, the American ambassador, died.”

This is nothing new. The WTC bombing in 1993, attack on Lebanese embassy, 9/11 attacks were all not stopped due to a lack of cooperation of agencies and sheer incompetence. The current govt’ is just as bad, if not worse (those who fail to learn from history are doomed to repeat it.).
