As a direct result of BatteryPark.TV reporting, the BPCA has jerry-rigged a series of hoses to supply water to the dog run and kids playground at Kowsky Plaza.

    Bravo and congratulations. What did it take? Try it again on some other dead spot in the neighborhood.
