BPCA refuses to explain absence of Citi Bikes at Gateway Plaza

The City DOT had panned on installing a Citi Bike rack outside of Gateway Plaza, on BPCA property. The Citi Bikes would have served 6,000 residents of Gateway. However, an existing personal-use bike rack needed to be removed first. The BPCA failed to accomplish this step, and the Citi Bike rack was never installed.

We called Matthew Monahan, a BPCA spokesperson, to learn why the BPCA failed to make room for the Citi Bike racks. He refused to answer our questions.
