November 20, 2013- The NY Post is reporting on the new designs for a skyscraper to go smackdab in place where the South Street Seaport piers are now, “A new project that could bring a skyscraper to the South Street Seaport was presented to skeptical members of a lower Manhattan community board Tuesday. The massive project, including a 50-story building, marina and additional city streets, received a hostile reaction from a crowd of about 100 people.”
