The massive structure set up on pier 26 for Fashion Week
September 5, 2015- The HRPT, led by Madelyn Wils, continues to operate without any input from the community, hosting one big noisy event after the other on Pier 26. Now, they are erecting a large structure that will be the venue for a fashion show and Cirque du Soleil .
Downtown Express reports, “Workers were erecting a giant tent on Tribeca’s Pier 26 Wednesday and Thursday for an upcoming fashion show.
One worker said information on the event is being kept under tight wraps, but he did say Cirque du Soleil would be performing there.”
