September 7, 2015- I stopped by the newly opened SeaGlass Carousel in The Battery. I am not sure which line of tourists seem more miserable: The people at One World Trade Center observatory or the SeaGlass folks.
The staff manning the carousel were unfriendly too.
This is like a Wally World or Neverland Ranch of disappointment for your kid. Avoid it.
