Ladies often stop me and say, “You look great. What’s your number?”. That’s because I drink a vegetable juice several times a week.
I recommend the Breville brand. It separates out the fiber. Some people prefer to drink the blended fiber and use devices like the NutriBullet.
Juicing is misunderstood. It is not a “cleansing” procedure to be done for a week to lose weight. Vegetable juices augment the lousy American diet, and allow large volumes of vegetables to be quickly consumed as a liquid.
My favorite juice is a simple carrot and citrus juice. Kale is healthy as well, and tastes fine if a sweet juice is added.
