October 12, 2013- The newest Kaffe 1668 that opened this year on Greenwich Street offers an extensive pour-over coffee technique. The southern location by Whole Foods does not, but rather makes one-cup brews using the Steampunk machine (they got rid of the Clover machine when Starbucks bought the company). With Blue Bottle and their pour-over service leaving Tribeca, this will fill the void left.
Kaffe 1668 is also getting into the chocolate business, on a small scale.
