Over the Labor Day holiday, several far-left figures spewed similar rhetoric that sounded a lot like calls to overthrow the United States government. Actions like those are defined in The Communist Control Act of 1954 and outlawed.
Chicago saw 54 people shot with 8 homicides. President Trump will be sending in the National Guard soon, as he has done in Washington, DC. Feeling the pressure, the communist Mayor of Chicago, Brandon Johnson, stated at a staged (i.e., not grass roots) rally, “Are you prepared to defend this land? A land that was built by slaves. A land that was built by indigenous people”.
The head of the communist teachers’ union, Randi Weingarten, gesticulated before the “Workers Over Billionaires” rally, as awkward as ever, spewing communist slogans. She criticized companies like Tesla and Target for prioritizing profits over workers and communities, stating, “We’re calling out billionaires and corporations that exploit workers while attacking the very programs that support families and education.”
On communist propaganda outlet MSNBC, the disgraced former Mayor of NYC, Bull De Blasio, praised the communist candidate, Zohran Kwame Mamdani. He must think that there is a future from him in communism.
Karen Bass, the communist Mayor of Los Angeles, is also feeling the heat and has been showing her Marxist leanings. In a tweet, “We must not normalize what the Trump Administration is doing to cities across America. It’s wrong. It’s unconstitutional. We will not stand for it.” That statement openly calls for defying the President of the United States. That is illegal per The Communist Control Act of 1954
What we are seeing, as Trump invades these communist haven cities, is the puppet masters that control those useful idiots flexing their muscles in response. They are increasing the communist rhetoric because they are cornered animals. The DOJ will likely never act, but civil lawsuits could be brought for violation of this federal law as part of a bigger conspiracy charge.

January 20, 2026-
A video posted by a Miami resident shows Miami police chilling her First Amendment rights by visiting her house about a Facebook post she made that “petitioned” (i.e., complained about) the mayor, Eileen Higgins. The Facebook comment accused the newly elected mayor of ignoring the genocide in Gaza.
Mayor Higgins is a white CIA woman, like Virginia Governor Spanberger, U.S. Senator Slotkin, etc. She somehow won despite having no Florida or Cuban roots. In other words, the CIA rigged the election as they did for all of their other puppets.
WEFrock in the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia has a tried-and-tested method they are bringing to NYC, Miami, etc.They start with these First Amendment violations, knowing that few people will be able to sue. Next, they will be using the new Florida law that makes it a crime to criticize Israel. Governor DeSantis and AG Uthmeier will not stop it because they are puppets too.
Add Miami to the growing list of cities run by openly communist or fascist mayors: – Miami – NYC – Boston – Philadelphia – Charlotte – Chicago – Columbus – Denver – Phoenix – Seattle – Portland – LA – San Francisco – Oakland, and others.

June 26, 2026- For a long time, about a year, I have been trying to get the Southern District of New York to use the obscure law called the 1954 Communist Control Act (see above). It is so rare that lawyers don’t even know what it is.
I argued that the mayoral candidate at the time, Mamdani, was a communist by the definition in the law and, therefore, was ineligible to run. Well, he has now been in office for six months and has proven through his actual actions that he fits the definition of communism in this law.
Nevertheless, the Southern District of New York did not want to take the case.
Meanwhile, Trump hosted Mamdani in the Oval Office and seemed to be betraying the country by conspiring with these far-left nuts. I gave up.
Well, Trump is suddenly going after communism today. Trump tweeted about communism twice and spoke a religious group where he called the “Democrats” communists who are godless. The CCA is being mention by people on social media today as well, which is new.
This might be the time. I am usually too soon on my ideas.

It’s easy to be a Communist — All you have to do is say, “I’ll give you everything,” but that means you’re taking it away from others that have earned it.
