A lawyer in Florida filed a lawsuit in federal court to stop Donald Trump from running for office again. The opening paragraph states, “Petitioner now comes before this honorable Court seeking declaratory relief on the specific issue of whether candidate Donald J. Trump is indeed constitutionally prohibited from seeking a second term as President of the United States”
The argument is based on Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which states, ““No person shall be President who, having previously taken an oath to support the Constitution shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.”
It is so obvious as to be hilarious how the communists selectively defend the constitution when it suits their needs. Lying to FISA courts, raiding homes without warrants, keeping people in jail without trials, the Joe Biden bribery, etc. are all fine with them, but non-convicted, accused-only, Trump is ineligible to run for POTUS they claim with a straight face.
Knowing these words of the 14th Amendment, it is obvious that some communist Harvard lawyer dreamed up the entire series of attacks on Trump. First, the “Russia Collusion” hoax was designed to meet the elements of “giving aid to the enemy”. When that did not work, they concocted the “Insurrection of January 6” hoax, which is becoming more discredited every day.
