October 23, 2013- Brookfield Place landed yet another high-profile tenant. The Institute of Culinary Education is relocating Downtown. On the Brookfield website, “The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) is New York City’s largest and most acclaimed center for culinary learning. Founded in 1975, ICE offers eight- to 13-month professional culinary training programs, as well as popular recreational cooking, baking and wine education classes.”
