liberty Street WFC bridgeNovember 5, 2015- The scaffolding is down and we can see what it will look like. This is good for avoiding the cold winter walks by cutting through all of the WFC buildings.

    Big question: will it still be accessible to pedestrians or will it be incorporated into the Saks Fifth Avenue store? Has anybody heard?
