July 23, 2013- Perhaps as a result of recent court rulings allowing the Bloomberg administration plan to proceed, which allows livery cabs to behave more like yellow taxis, the taxi lineup by the Gateway Plaza entrance is not completely occupied by livery cabs that no one wants. As a result, they stagnate, and the yellow cabs have to double park, blocking the bike lane.
