Us and Them: The $2 Trillion stimulus package debate is all about government employees versus the private sector

Fox News and the Republican party are correctly pointing out that the pending $2 trillion stimulus package is coming down to a battle between government unions and the private sector. I first pointed that out in my essay: Not a single government employee will lose a job from this latest depression.

The Democrats and communists are so willing to shut down the economy because it won’t affect their base. Not a single government employee will lose their job. Therefore, they can make this seemingly suicidal step if they think it will oust Trump. If 300 million Americans are harmed, but their 50 million government employees are unharmed, then so be it. Let them eat cake.

We have seen this throughout history. The Russian communists killed 20 to 65 million of their own people. China, Vietnam, and many other communist parties have massacred millions of their own too.

Life is expendable if you are a communist or socialist craving power. It is all about the State, like the Star Trek Borg that subjugates humans into hybrid-robot joyless machines. Novelists, such as Huxley and Orwell, predicted this dystopian state after World War I and II.

These giant communist monster regimes grow just like cancer. They slowly creep into voids left by capitalism and grow until they become a critical mass. It starts by giving government employees lavish pensions and benefits. That quiets the men and women who would normally be aggressive Long Island rowdy unruly types. Nothing controls even macho blue collar men more powerfully than controlling their healthcare and their jobs. From there, you keep growing the beast by adding free stuff. But nobody sees the cost of that “free stuff”

Healthcare is the biggest sector of the economy. Most of it is already a quasi-government entity. 99% of the hospital employees vote Democrat. If the healthcare system were to become “single payer” and socialized, then the game would be over for the private sector. Too much of the government would be controlled by the communists.

President Trump needs to kill this stimulus package. The only thing popular about it, that could help him in November, is the meager $1,300 checks to workers. That won’t be appreciated or remembered three-months from now. It is a drop in the bucket. The rest of the money will go straight into corporate and state balance sheets, never to be seen again. Tough guys like Lindsey Graham claim they will have oversight of it and prevent corporate misuse of the funds. Give me a break.

This stimulus bill will be used mostly to fuel the government machine and its voting base. It will embolden opponents to Trump. Governors Cuomo, Newsom, et al need to take the blame for being unable to pay their government employees. We need to take back these blue states and cities. Cut off the money. Cut off the head of the snake. Then, open up the country and let the private sector roar back as New York and San Francisco are quarantined.

  1. Dr B says:

    Bingo.

    Greer nails it again.

Now it’s the American Communists’ time to kill their citizens.

Why don’t people wake up and make this connection????
