February 7, 2016- The Battery is patrolled by city PEP, like the ones we in BPC just fired. Crime is rampant in the park.
The Post has a story about two ticket sellers, a man and woman, fighting over turf, and the crazy woman stun gunned the man. There were no PEP to be found, of course.
