2) Sidewalk café regulations – Presentation by Michael Levine, CB1 Planning Consultant

3) Ferry horns and other quality of life impacts – Discussion with ferry operators

4) Discussion of Rent Protection Laws and proposed resolution

 *Members of the Financial District Committee are invited to attend and participate for item #2 .

    The corner of Vesey and West is also very dangerous.

    Why is it taking so long for the crossing on the south side of the intersection to open?

    With increased foot traffic from visitors to the memorial on this same corner, the number auto/pedestrian near misses as people walk across the intersection is increasing!
