November 12, 2013- The NY Post reported that the Jones Day law firm officially signed the lease.
May 3, 2013- According to Crain’s New York, “Law firm Jones Day is moving ahead with a large lease at 4 Brookfield Place, according to several sources familiar with the firm. Jones Day would take at least 400,000 square feet in the 34-story, 1.7-million-square-foot downtown Manhattan tower, just west of the World Trade Center, sources say.”
