The full Community Board 1 met last night at the Manhattan Youth community center to discuss, of all things, the anti-Asphalt Green Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) initiated by allies of Bob Townley’s Manhattan Youth center. When the MOU topic came to discussion at the end of the marathon three-hour meeting, Chairwoman Katherine Hughes glossed over the MOU and no vote on a resolution was made.
