Fake Banksy tag placed on Syms building
October 31, 2013- A fake Banksy graffiti art tag was placed on the Greenwich Street side of the Syms building. The adjacent performing arts center 3LD stated that they are “modifying it with video.” but denied being the ones to create it. (more…)

First Precinct Community Affairs meeting: CO clarifies BS story, bike gangs, and courts

BPCA hires staffer away from current auditor company

Broadsheet, absent throughout Hurricane Sandy, posts self-congratulatory letter
November 16, 2012 The publisher of the local advertising flier The Broadsheet, Robert Simko, and his employee “Pulitzer” Matt Fenton, were both silent throughout the Hurricane Sandy aftermath, publishing nothing for days on end. Egregious service by Verizon in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy
October 31, 2012 The Verizon land line phones are still down, astonishingly. Since they use the same lines as the Fios Internet and TV, this is clearly a human error. The headquarters for Verizon is less than a mile away on West Street. Recall, the Internet service went out for (more…)
