You might seriously want to be considering moving if you like Battery Park City for its quiet manicured parks and family-friendly environment. The Community Board tonight just rubberstamped a 4:00 AM liquor license for the Poulakakos-run Pier A, set to open in June. And to make matters worse, the group proudly explained that it will be the largest restaurant in the city, with multiple levels and more than 30,000 square feet. Continue reading
